Our Soul is on a journey of illumination, gaining light as we pass through the cycles of life and death.

Each lifetime we add more information to the container of our soul body through the meaning we create from the events and emotions we experience. This information is stored as particles of Light, vibrating at different frequencies. We can raise the frequency and brightness of our soul light through experiencing higher states of consciousness … being those aligned with love, joy, gratitude, forgiveness, acceptance, understanding and oneness.

Across many cultures and into the ancient past, it was recognised that midway between equinox and solstice, there is a liminal time (“liminal” is Latin for “threshold”) where the exchange of love and light across the veil between physically embodied souls and those who have already passed was enhanced. We are now entering this special time (late Oct/early Nov). The veil is thinning and greater connection between souls is now possible. Ancient rituals were often performed to strengthen and support the soul collective by generating high vibrations of love and light.
