Sound Healing – Sacred Plant Medicine: Sage Regeneration

This week we are journeying with the cleansing medicine of the sage plant.
Long a tool of healers and spiritual guides, the medicinal properties of plants have been harnessed across cultures to treat physical ailments and bring us into direct contact with spirit.
The sage plant has a particularly strong medicine for restoring balance to the physical and energetic bodies. Its detoxifying effect, really assists us to clear away the energetic debris that can accumulate from our daily interactions with the modern world. It is a plant medicine that brings clarity, lightness and renewal.
Indeed, drawing the scent and smoke of the sage plant deep into the cells is akin to bathing in a pristine oasis after a long desert journey. It is a balm for our bodies and a soothing for our souls.
It is this journey of regeneration and renewal that we have been strongly guided to offer you for this week’s session.
