To fly with the dragonfly is to fly the path of transformation and oneness with the world around you. These high vibrational insects are masters of the air, being able to swiftly change direction with ease and grace, adapting perfectly to the shifts and swings in the currents of the wind. Dragonflies also have remarkable 360 degree vision, taking in all of the different perspectives that surround them.

Dragonfly medicine is all about being young and playful with a deep awareness of the present moment. They teach us to let go of heavy burdens that weigh us down and embrace the magic that comes with change.

Dragonfly says: “Your true essence is light and joy. Put down your worries and disappointments and see the magic that surrounds you. It is not that we become old and can no longer play. Rather, we no longer play and become old.”
