The Spiral greets us in so many energetic and physical forms throughout our world and cosmos: The coil of the kundalini serpent, the double helix weaving of our DNA, the growth pattern of plants and flowers, even the shapes of far-off galaxies.

As an ancient symbol of fertility, The Spiral is synonymous with the energetic structures that create life and form. It speaks to us of the unlimited potential born from oneness consciousness. The intention of this session is to strongly re-align our body and spirit with the natural geometric energy flow of the Spiral. Just as The Spiral expands in harmony with the golden ratio, we too can expand our consciousness and potential in a harmonic way. A way that is without strain or struggle, but simply grows through aligning with the energetic flow of the cosmos.
