When we recall, when we remember the knowing that we are intimately connected to all that is, we don’t have to strive and struggle for love, for healing, for recognition … because we already have it all. We are infinite beyond our perceptions.

When we truly know this, we can experience the simplest of things as deeply healing and life affirming: The vastness of the sky, a dog rolling in the grass, the flutter of the leaves, or the precious moments of connection with others. These are the daily notes that weave the song of our spirit.

And when our spirit sings we can instantly drop the struggle, drop the hurt, and expand into the awe and gratitude of life.

This Friday’s session is an invitation to unburden your cares and deepen your connection to the infinite expansiveness of spirit. To Surrender into Oneness. To feel it, and know it, deep in our core, so that we may experience it more and more in the everyday magic of our lives.
