Throughout time, cultures have revered the sun as the source of light, life and consciousness.

The sun is a powerful symbol of strength, leadership and divinity, associated with ancient Gods such as the Egyptian Ra and the Greek God Zeus. While some cultures relate to it as a source of masculine power, others like the Celts, Japanese and many indigenous groups recognise it as representing the principle of feminine strength and life force.

Every 11 years our sun moves into a cycle of increased solar flares, large eruptions of light and power that flood our solar system with energy. We are now entering such a time.

How can we work with this increased flood of light?

Consciously opening to receive more light can increase the light quotient of our energy body – bringing benefits of improved health, illumination and clarity. Light is also thought to contain codes of information that accelerate our evolution and enlightenment.
