 | Coming Home to the Sacred Within In this Sunday’s Spirit Guide Journey, we spiral back inside to the sacred within. This journey is often about clearing out what is not us. Clearing out the confusion, the low self-worth and self-esteem to come back to our light inside. Our inner core needs no healing, yet we are often operating from the surface energy which can be murky and confusing. To journey home, we often need to release this outer layer of disconnection and isolation. This energy of separation and contraction can penetrate through all of our energy bodies suffocating and clouding the light that is who we truly are. We are not the energy we have picked up throughout the ages. We are light. Our human journey is not to escape up into the light, but to be the light within the body. This inevitably means working through with love that which is not us. We can do this and we are to do this. Come to this session to release that which is not you and step into what is. To come home. We do not need to leave this body to go home. We can be fully home here and ascend with our bodies back into the light. This is the mastery with which the ancients once walked. When they were ready to go back to oneness, they literally took their bodies with them and just walked into the other side of the veil. To live in right relationship is to walk as a guardian, one who chooses conscious care for the Earth, the Cosmos, all living things, and the generations yet to come. A guardian walks lightly through the world, knowing that every choice leaves an imprint beyond the present moment. What is entrusted to us, whether wisdom, Country, community, animals, or future generations, is not ours to possess. It is ours to live, care for, and pass forward with reverence. The ancient Country of Uluru, Kata Tjuta, Kings Canyon, and the surrounding desert Country teaches without ever using words. Standing upon this ancient Country, we are invited into something far greater than ourselves, where strength meets tenderness, stillness gives rise to wisdom, and the heart remembers its place within the living world. When we truly listen to these places, they bring us into a deeper sense of belonging. We leave with more than a memory.  | Parvati – Earth Goddess Mountain Medicine This Friday falls on a full moon under the Vedic star Dhanishta, whose influence is particularly favourable for music, dance, ceremony and healing! As a balance to this quite stimulating influence, we are guided to work with the stabilising, grounding energy of Mother Earth in the form of the Mountains with the soft feminine blessing of the full moon. In Indian cosmology, Goddess Parvati, wife of Shiva is known as “daughter of the mountain” and also presiding deity of the moon. She is the mother goddess who gives rise to all the beauty and majesty of nature and all that is manifested. The Star Dhanishta is said to have been created by the drum of lord Shiva pure consciousness, so there is a strong energy for union. Blessings for relationships and an opportunity to integrate the manifest and unmanifest parts of ourselves, conscious and unconscious, physical and spiritual, also bringing our dreams into reality if you like. Mountains are strong and immovable, symbolising power and determination, and yet there is a deep peace about them that is expansive and pervasive. They offer us an opportunity for ascension.
