This Friday we have been guided to work with the energy of Mountain.

Mountain medicine is a powerful energetic totem that enables you to ground more spiritual light into the physical body and increase your presence in the world. With their quiet yet strong presence, Mountains evoke a sense of the divine on earth. They provide a physical connection between Earth and Sky, reminding us of both our connection to the cosmos and our divine right to take up space. Mountain is a companion of constancy. Supporting us to stay true to our path, and to trust that all obstacles will be overcome through endeavour.
