Full Moon Surrender to Spirit Medicine

This Friday, we are working with the medicine of Surrender under the luminosity of the full moon.

Far from an attitude of giving up, Surrender is the action of giving ourselves over to Spirit. It assists us to get out of our own way and flow with the fullness of life.

Through Surrender, we can open ourselves wholeheartedly to what is happening now and say yes to infinite possibilities. Through Surrender, we embrace all experiences, even those that challenge us, trusting that the guidance of spirit is leading us forward to where we need to be.

Under the full moon, the act of Surrender can be especially potent in helping us release any struggles with emotions and attachments. If we can consciously quieten our mind and allow ourselves to feel what is moving through us we will illuminate that which can no longer hide in the shadows… gaining insights… and deepening our connection to Spirit.

It is this intention to bring light to the shadow parts and say a big YES!!! to all that life is offering us, that we are weaving into our soundscape this week.
