Ignite and Cleanse your Sacred Sexuality Part 2

This can be done as a stand along session or in conjunction with Part 1 of Ignite and Cleanse your Sacred Sexuality.

Part 2 – Ignite and Cleanse your Sacred Sexuality began by cleansing and clearing the sacral or sex chakra. Old partners and fantasies which reached out to energetically hold people were cleared and released to create a clear channel of bliss from the sacral right up and through the crown to the upper realms of light.

Next, we journeyed to cleanse and clear the entire system of any pornographic images and energy, from soft to hard pornography along with all the associated energy that can be such a block to intimacy and true expression of love.

We then moved to see the mirror of our own being in a pool of unconditional love. We saw ourselves as naked and loved our body, our soul, our spirit. We acknowledged that our current partners or future ones would also love, respect and honour our bodies, minds and souls as we do. We allowed the exchange of love to be felt on all levels so we can know how this feels and therefore bring that experience into our physical lives.

Lastly, we ignited our sexual fire and practiced dialling that energy up or down. If our sexual fire is strong, we can feel we need to switch it off or control it as it can create unwanted attention or bring in partners we are not wanting. This practice put the power in our own hands. By knowing we can dial that energy up or down at will we can therefore keep our sexual fire alive nourishing our entire being without it being a distraction or even bringing in painful experiences into our lives.
