Portal to the Deep Knowing

Welcome back to the first sound healing of 2023, and what a ripper to kick off with!

For this week’s session, we will be consciously creating a portal to dive deep into the still ocean, to be with the vibration of the whale and our own inner knowing.

In the depths of the ocean floor you shall find your peace, your courage, all the answers you are seeking, without needing to search. You’re highly attuned here, and all is easily accessed from this deep receptive state. The stillness is palpable, and your strength is impermeable. Your soul, body, heart, breath is safe here. The messages are clear here. The noise is gone. The whales find you here, to share their codes of ancient wisdom.

You will ground in, through the portal of your body and heart, the knowing of your deepest truth. This sound bath will help soothe your nervous system, to feel safe in this state of ease, to align your body to this frequency without forcing or searching, but by simply allowing and revealing.

This is a place where you can go often, and you will return with the gifts of your knowing and remembering. Your purpose, your service. Your reason for being here. And this will infiltrate throughout your everyday life, in ways both subtle and great.
