Deep Healing with Ruby Medicine

This week we are guided to bring through the crystal healing vibrations of the Ruby.

Ruby is attuned to both the Base and Heart chakras with her brilliant red healing ray. Ruby helps us to release the trauma of past experiences lying dormant within our system, enabling us to be more embodied and therefore empowered and passionate beings. Deeply nourishing and grounding, yet an expression of pure creation energy, Ruby invigorates, transmitting physical healing and mental clarity.

Ruby is said to assist us to access the Akashic records (knowledge of all things past) she can bring to light past life issues and give us the positive impetus to break through any patterns of behaviour etc brought through into our current life.

Ruby is a strong spiritual ally and aid to transformation. She has been revered as such for eons and is said to give great courage to the spiritual warrior. As such, she facilitates an opportunity for a greater trust in ourselves and in life itself.

An elixir for depression or apathy, Ruby can really get things moving for us again. She will ask us to go deep, be courageous, and to meet ourselves with honesty so that we can resolve our blocks to love and its highest expression in our lives. During this process, we will not be alone, for Ruby is a fierce protector who “holds space” for us to heal and urges us on to step forward into new possibilities with the wisdom and strength gained.

Ruby is a rare and precious manifestation of universal love, she reminds us that we have innate worth and immeasurable beauty within, and helps us to share more of this with the world. Bringing the Base and the Heart chakras into alignment will allay fears around giving and receiving love. Ruby says now is the time, you are responsible for your own life, go for it.
