May this work truly serve you deeply knowing that as we embark upon it, we are also doing it for the collective to free us all and live the life we choose.
I also suggest as you step into this work that you cocoon yourself for the program. Try to avoid dramas, responding to difficult situations etc until you are through the course itself. Then re-engage with the world with a whole new perspective. We are reframing our life so it is natural that life will throw things up for us to work through as we dive deeply inside. Rather than trying to solve your outside world, know that this can be there to simply point you inside. Do the inner work (this program), then the outside situation you face may look and feel completely differently after it.
We have learned that when doing energy work – repetition is key. This will just be a four day program, but you can repeat and repeat and repeat it. It takes 40 days to build completely new neural pathways. The more you repeat the process, the greater the impact at changing these neural pathways. You may feel great at the end of the four days and then start the program again and a whole new layer of work to clear presents itself. Therefore be open to feeling into how many times you really want to do it which will depend on your overall intention and how big that is for change.
Lastly, sometimes the sessions we really need to look at will be hard for our subconscious to absorb or even hear. For these sessions in particular you may need to repeat them as you may get distracted, think of other things, be guided to work on something completely different or just zone out entirely. This can just be our subconscious protecting itself from big change. Be open to doing these sessions in particular a few times over until you really know they have landed. This is an intuitive process to feel into.
Outcome we are looking to achieve from this program: Everything lines up because you are in complete alignment with all parts of your being. There is no doubt, confusion or fear just perfect poise behind your knowing of who you are, why are you here, what you want and how you wish for that to unfold.
With that knowing and alignment your heart rests in peace. You can truly relish and enjoy every unrushed moment as grace-filled and divine. You can access your sweet love, kindness and care in the knowledge that your needs are met through the union of your soul and divine purpose.
There is no clinging, unconscious manipulation, control or self-sabotage operating through you as it once may have done when you did not know, believe and experience your connection to all things. To the galaxies, stars and celestial beings all lining up behind your decision to be you. To be your unbridled, passionate, open hearted, creative, daring self. That old paradigm is dust as you step into the new allowing creation to express itself through you as you.
This bold intention and its corresponding recalibration are your invitation to know you are completely held by and through your alignment to self – the inner and the outer divine you. It is a journey we are all on made so much more graceful by our group support and holding of each other.
